We are assisting our client in their recruitment for Swedish speaking candidates who wish to join their customer relations team in The Netherlands. The workplace is their international hub for customer relations and offers a highly multicultural work environment from which you will be making a direct impact on the brand's image and the customer's experience.  

  

A typical day in the office

After a chat with your team over a morning coffee, you begin your shift at your desk, planning the day and finding ways to support the performance of the team, both in a qualitative (result of customer satisfaction) and quantitative (productivity, presence, turnover) way. Your tasks will be varying, including the interaction with stakeholders within and outside the company, the decision-making regarding operational targets and the communciation with your team members. 







The ideal candidate

Has great communications skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral)

Is willing to relocate and can work full-time on rotational shifts

Is a great listener and team player

Has previous experience with developing a team and a passion for leadership (2+ years)
