Do you want to join our Swedish Help Desk team, gain some work experience, work in multicultural environment and learn latest computer technology?
We are searching for new employees with fluent Swedish language to Help Desk services, and to join our multicultural and dynamic staff in our contact centre in Turku, Finland.
In Help Desk you give product support and information to customers (business and end users) via phone and e-mail.The Help Desk provides high quality service to certain computer manufacturer's clients and customers.
You have a degree in information technology/computers and/or you have solid work experience related to computers.You are interested in information technology and have passion for technique and electronics.You are good at teamwork and face new challenges positively.You can solve problems and work under pressure in ever changing technical work environment.
You have also good verbal and written communication skills.We require native level Swedish language skills and good knowledge in English language since it is our company language.Previous experience of customer service job is an advantage.Most important is that you are customer service orientated and get well along with different kinds of people.
