We also have the assignment to secure common national P&C Experience frame agreements, policies, processes, guidelines, and work routines as well as global regulation when applicable.

Job Description
We are now looking for a Team Manager - Payroll & Solution Support to join us in the People & Culture Community of Expertise department. This position is a strong contributor to make us at IKEA become an even greater place to work tomorrow. Someone who enjoys being close to the business as well as helping people to grow and develop.
This role is in the People & Culture Community of Expertise, a part of the IKEA of Sweden AB, that offers P&C competence to all Inter IKEA Group companies in Sweden.
The Payroll & Solution Support assignment supports our People & Culture in the core payroll processes and Compensation & Benefits in partnership with external payroll provider.
You will find a team of Payroll specialists and Payroll administrators with national super user assignment in Workday/Workday Time, Benify portal, HRx and MedHelp.
You will report to the People & Culture Community of Expertise manager.

In this role you will lead a small team of six co-workers as well as lead the payroll network and take a major role in competence & benefit questions for Inter IKEA in Sweden. You will be responsible for the vendor management within your area.
Furthermore, you will contribute with setting processes and delivering payroll expertise. You act as the owner of the HR Payroll system (HRx) and create payroll support (My Support/Service Now), securing change requests to the Inter IKEA organisations (IIG).
As Team Manager you are accountable for bringing people and business together to create excellent and sustainable performance. In this role you will actively contribute to the growth of business by ensuring that the People and Culture strategies are translated into action by working in partnership.
Assignment:
Being partner to stakeholders within P&C community in payroll related questions and tasks
Maintain and manage vendors and systems related to the payroll assignment and thereby being first point of contact for our external payroll provider
Leading Payroll network for IIG SE
Leading the development of the IIG benefits offer together with stakeholders and vendors
Secure deliverables to third parties such as government and tax authorities
Lead the team closely to deliver on common goals and tasks
Develop routines and find better ways of working to contribute to the development of the Community of expertise assignment
Co-operate cross functionally within the Community of expertise when needed to succeed in common business priorities
Co-operate close with INGKA in common scopes and tasks

Qualifications
As a Team Manager Payroll, you need thorough experience of working within the area of Payroll, Vendor Management and Compensation & Benefits.
We are looking for a confident leader with experience in developing co-workers.
We expect that you have broad experience in developing ways of working and lead a team that give a great service support towards stakeholders.
Knowledge of HR processes, Swedish laws and regulations is required and understanding of local collective labour agreements are an advantage.
As a person you are humble together with a great willpower.
You are business minded and with a high ability to drive change and take on responsibilities.
You like to work in a changing environment.
You will need to take initiatives, interact with stakeholders, lead activities and be structured.
You need to have the ability to identify, analyse and propose improvements.
As a person you are a good communicator, service minded and a creative problem solver.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must together with excellent skills of Microsoft office.
