Technical Business Analyst – Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who is experienced in working with large and/or complex data driven projects/programs.

What you'll do:
● Create technical specifications and design documents that clearly identify product features and improvements.
● Anchor the work with stakeholders all around the company organisation and beyond to build innovative services and features that aim to create the fuller connected experience.
● Facilitate a grounded way of working with focus on business value and excellent user experience.
● Work closely with the Product Owner and the team to support the Products growth from the team’s vision and in line with the architect’s runway.
● Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus and conduct product demos when needed.
Who you are:
● Have experience with data warehousing, aggregating unstructured data collected from multiple sources.
● Proven experience in stakeholder & relationship management including business as well as technical colleagues.
● Have collaboration, facilitation, and delegation skills to involve and engage stakeholders and team members to create ownership and gain results.
● Ability to evaluate and examine a situation from different parties’ perspectives so that everyone involved understands and then holistically create a base for decision making.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
