What does a Reporting Specialist do?
As a Reporting Specialist your main responsibilities is to define a strategic roadmap to deliver the vision for Operational Management Information (MI) and create a center of excellence. You are going to work closely with key customers and stakeholders and manage the core operational MI processes, such as data source management, development of reporting tools and business intelligence development. As a Reporting Specialist you also have responsibility to ensure that data analysts have clear and effective development plans to which they are engaged in both the process and output.

Former experience from analytic and strategic work in a business oriented organization will provide you with good basic knowledge to perform in a position as a Reporting Specialist. If you are used to work with developing and managing processes you are going to be well aware of the challenges of this position and how to manage and move forward towards a winning concept.
You are reporting to Nordic Director of Planning and Business Analytics and are responsible to act as ambassador for Teleperformance in all client interactions along with maintaining good relations. As a Reporting Specialist you act as a gatekeeper for all internal and external reporting and will provide analysis that will contribute to GM targets. You will need extensive management experience in MI reporting and knowledge within statistical design.
You have knowledge of MS office and reporting tools, in particular Access, Excel, Project, Visio, Business Objects and Cognos. Experience from SAS and SQL is desirable. You have the ability to create extensive reporting models. It is beneficial to have a university degree or previous data management and experience at managerial level.
