For further information, go to: http://www.toyota-forklifts.eu Project manager - Business Systems Implementation TOYOTA MATERIAL HANDLING EUROPE (TMHE) has implemented a mutual ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in seventeen companies throughout Europe. The ERP system is Movex / M3. The use of this business system is under continuous development and the intention is to take further steps in optimising business processes and, through the use of new technology, facilitate further innovations. TMHE now seeks a Project Manager to administer the upgrading and implementation of the ERP system. Your initial assignment will be as local Project Manager for the implementation at Toyota Material Handling Sweden: the sales & service company for the Swedish market. After successful completion of the project you will continue to manage other implementation projects throughout Europe. As Project Manager you will be assisted by a business process team and representatives from many parts of the organisation at both local and central level. Your main responsibilities are to deliver the project on time, according to scope and with the allocated resources. Tasks include: * Plan and co-ordinate activities and perform necessary follow up * Support and plan local Change Management work * Participate in, and report, to Project Steering Committee * Support and coach the project team * Report on uncertainty and risk management. * Assume responsibility for, and report on performance against project budget Your profile: * Previous Project Management experience * Knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as PROPS and PMI is advantageous * Working internationally with a team of high-performing people appeals to you * You have an academic background and a strong desire to continuously improve your experience and skills in Project Management * You have an interest in business process improvement enabled by IS/IT solutions * You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing; facility with other languages would be advantageous * You regard travelling as a natural and inspiring part of your work You will be based in Stockholm but expect that the role will involve extensive travelling.
