We are looking for a Swedish speaking colleague to join our FoodSolutions team placed in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Unilever is looking for a Tender Coordinator with an extensive knowledge of the Swedish food and catering industry. The employment will be in Denmark, but the position is aimed towards the Swedish market. The position is a maternity cover for approximately 12 months, and start date is preferably the 1st of September. Join our successful team!

The primary objective for this role is to drive business planning ensuring a profitable long term growth and to be responsible for keeping customer lists updated on existing and upcoming tenders. The ideal candidate is self-driven with a high level of attention to details and will be able to proactively conduct business analyses on how to improve tenders and how to improve current tender business and will act as the customer main adviser.


Key responsibilities:

- Build and maintain good relations with wholesalers and be the first point of contact to wholesale tender groups in all tender related questions

- Inform wholesalers of assortment changes, and keep assortment lists updated

- Cooperate with the district responsible and conduct joint field trips on a regular basis

- Analyze and closely monitor market competition.
- Give input to channel marketing on customer insights and prepare templates and guidance on price levels.

- Track tender due dates and company compatibility and conduct tender analyses in order to prepare and place responses.

- Track current tender compliance and provide guidance on how to increase levels.

- Calculate tender P&L and provide advice on offer levels



The right candidate has:

- an understanding of the FMCG market in Sweden and a good knowledge of the public sector

- excellent knowledge of MS Office ? advanced user of Excel

- good negotiation and business planning skills

- fluent written and verbal Swedish and English

- professional experience from working in the restaurant & catering industry is an advantage

- B.Sc. / Degree in economics, sales or similar is desired but not a requirement



Your background:

We are preferably looking for a candidate with a solid experience from working with the development and administration of tender accounts and processes. You have a thorough understanding of the drivers within the social sector and a passion for food. The ideal candidate should be positive, outgoing and not afraid of taking initiatives and implementing new plans and ideas.
