Unilever Sweden is looking for an R&D Deploy Officer, for the Home and Personal Care Department

Unilever´s Nordic Head Office in Stockholm is looking to strengthen the Research & Development team.

As a Deploy Officer you are part of the Unilever Europe Research & Development Organization, involved in the last and very critical phase of technical product deployment: flawlessly landing our innovations into the market.

You will be expected to work in cross functional teams in the Nordic region with a group that works hard every day to serve consumers with brilliant products which fulfil their needs. We expect that you will be the business partner with technical expertise in the team and contribute, through delivering required endorsements, regulatory compliance and claims support, to serving the consumer and customer in the Nordic region.

Key responsibilities:
- You safeguard that our innovations and modified products are in line with the demands of Nordic legislation.
- You manage and create technical dossiers and information critical to bringing and maintaining products in the market.
- You approve technically relevant information on packaging, advertising and other relevant materials aimed for consumers.
- You maintain and provide information and training for relevant audiences, material safety data sheets, product information on the internet etc.
- You actively build and maintain good working partnerships with the marketing unit (Marketing, Sales and Supply chain) and with R&D colleagues in the Netherlands and Italy to drive the business.
- You provide product information needed for our customers and consumers.
- You ensure that our products are safe for our consumers in accordance with Unilever policies.


Qualifications:
You are structured, organised and thorough and think and act logically. You are also proactive towards issues and opportunities, have the ability to build relationships and collaborate seamlessly with different functions and agendas.
We believe you have an Academic degree in the Sciences; preferably a Master of Science in Chemistry, Engineering or the Natural Sciences. Knowledge of chemicals, formulations and technology used within the Home & Personal Care area as well as professional knowledge such as national laws, regulations and eco-labelling criteria is an advantage.

You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.

Your background:
Earlier experience from the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry, Research & Development or Quality Assurance is preferred.
The position is permanent and you will be based in Stockholm.
