Job Description
As a Value Stream Manager for Decide & Transact your team will ensure our customers across the world can make confident purchase decisions and experience a seamless, intuitive checkout experience as part of our digital channel. You are a critical leader in driving business success for H&M, with accountability to deliver value to our customers, achieve, business KPIs, and ensure operational stability.
The Value Stream Manager will maintain a product roadmap in line with business priorities and broader brand strategy. You will identify what customer problems we need to solve and our hypothesis to address these problems to deliver business and customer value. You will work closely with experience design and engineering to guide the product teams in your value stream to develop solutions, helping identify needed components and capabilities and align dependencies across the organization.
The Value Stream Manager assesses changes and priorities for the business, identifies impact on adjacent products and services, and provides scenarios and sequencing changes based on value, budget, capacity, and dependencies. They stay ahead of the curve by monitoring vendors and the market for best practices and emerging solutions.
As a leader, you coach and develop members of the value stream, including a team of product managers, with formal staff responsibility.


Qualifications

You can effectively communicate your ideas and drive change, even in challenging circumstances. You are results-driven, and you thrive in a dynamic environment.
To be successful in the role we also see that you have:
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing products
5+ years' experience in e-com / retail
Extensive leadership experience
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
Analytical and data driven with a focus on business results
Experience with designing creative, quality products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
Ability to manage and prioritize different requirements, deadlines, and projects
Experienced in conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in a business or tech discipline (business, economics, computer science)
