Provide an integrated, market-leading portfolio of digital solutions and services that engage passengers and help airlines improve brand loyalty, capture ancillary revenue and lower costs; create new and profitable revenue streams, enhance the competitiveness and value of PAC Inflight, Connectivity and Technical Services. Oversee and manage PAC-wide execution of digital Solutions product design, development, delivery and support activities. Develop business, portfolio and product strategies to win in the market, achieve financial performance goals and enhance other PAC solutions. Set product line investment and operating expense budgets to meet business plan commitments. Serve as Chairman of Board of Directors for Tactel. Work with Tactel management team on BP and MTP strategy, prioritization and planning. Directly participate in Tactel's new product and services strategies and roadmapping activities that impact the DS BU. Develop Tactel consulting capacity and synergies with other PAC entities - current and future - as we build out the DS service portfolio through the MTP period.
