Currently were recruiting for a VP Talent & Rewards to join our HQ in Gothenburg Sweden.
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Globally responsible for the Talent and Rewards functions, leading the development and driving the implementation of a global talent and rewards strategy and roadmap.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Responsible for setting and delivering a global talent and rewards strategy and roadmap to support delivery of strategy and business needs.
· Accountable for the design and development of an operating framework for talent and rewards covering global processes, systems and tools for talent and rewards. Including:
• A talent acquisition process including branding and sourcing
strategies, selection stages, offering and onboarding.
• A talent identification and development process including
action and succession planning to elevate leadership and
capabilities globally.
• A training and development framework including global
programmes and overall training principles.
• A job evaluation structure with job families and salary and
benefits systems.
• A performance management process including objective
setting, evaluation and development.
• A salary and reward process.
· Secretary to the Remuneration Committee of the Board.
· Responsible for setting talent and rewards metrics and reporting capabilities and closely monitoring our performance
· Consulting, coaching & support to the wider organization in People talent and rewards
KEY DECISIONS
· Participate and contribute actively in HRLT to annual budget/objectives setting and People Plan/Road Map
· Responsible for setting and delivering an People budget for the talent and rewards function in line with overall People budget
CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Ability to understand and translate business/organisation needs into fit for purpose talent and rewards models and tools
· Strategic capacity to identify and develop global solutions that are fit for purpose for multiple stakeholder needs
· Ability to drive change through involvement of the wider organization
· Strong influencing skills to effectively manage internal stakeholders in People as well as in the business line
· Good communication and training skills – making the complex simple through clear communication of specialist concepts to People and executive level
· High integrity and ethics
· Relevant academic degree, e.g. People related degree, Business Administration, Labour Law
· Track record of developing, improving and delivering talent and rewards initiatives
· Good understanding and experience of strategic People work through several business partnership positions
· Track record of managing internal and external client relationships in a complex environment
· Experience working in matrixed and international environments
