Your mission

In this role, you will be a key player for Four FM and responsible for our Technical Customer Service, a Team we have chosen to call our Work Order Team, which today consists of eight members. You will support the Team and help prioritize, structure, and optimize the workflow. Our Work Order Team has various tasks and is absolutely vital to keep the business going and our customers happy!

Your mission will be to lead, develop and support your Team, making sure they have the tools to perform services of the highest quality. As manager, you will also be responsible for the Team's results and profitability.

Examples of work tasks

- Lead the daily operations in the Work Order Team

- Supervise the quality of the process
- Challenge the "status quo" to find new and better ways of working
- Perform the yearly one-on-ones with your Team members
- Perform yearly salary evaluations for your Team
- Report KPI's to the Senior Management Team


Your profile

We are searching for you who want to be part of a dynamic company that rapidly expands and develops. Who loves to work in an international environment with a lot of freedom and responsibility to plan and execute your work.

You need to be a skilled communicator with a sense of how to communicate with different persons from various cultures. Your mission will be to never lose sight of the long-term relationship with all of Four FM's clients.

If you were to have some technical experience, it will be seen as an extra merit, since a majority of the work orders managed by the team are related to the technical parts of the facilities, for example, HVAC, gates, fire protection etc.

As a Four FM leader, it is natural for you to step in and take part in the daily work to support your Team and lead by example. Your days will be a mix of handling work orders together with your Team and leading and developing the Team.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a manager with responsibility for personnel
- Previous experience in customer service
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Swedish

The Team operates in an international environment with multiple contacts with some of the most successful companies in the world. Their job is to keep track of the continuous work with the client's facilities and to handle new errands that the client needs assistance with. It could be anything from booking a vendor to repair a water leak, to assisting in a multi-million project renovating an entire building.

Work hours

Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday. You will have some flexibility to plan your own hours.

You will be stationed at the very heart of the organization, the head office in Örebro, together with a whole crew from the Four FM-family.
