WHO ARE WE[ The Butler Hill GROUP is a linguistics services technology company that is focused on helping our[ clients reach new international markets by leveraging our expertise in over 50 languages and dialects.[ Our client is one of the world's top internet search engine company and is currently seeking internet savvy bilingual students as freelance Search Engine Evaluators. THE GIG Search Engine Evaluators( Data Annotators) will review and evaluate internet search results based on specific search terms and provide a relevance rating unfavorable rating depending on the relevance of the result to the search term. The evaluation work is done using an online automated tool. You will work 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday and have the flexibility to choose the hours you wish to work each day. This project requires a commitment to work part-time work at 20 hours per week. Project work is expected to extend for at least two months, with a possible further extension up to June, 2010. REQUIREMENTS This is NOT A HIGH TECH job but candidates must meet all the following requirements: - Fluency in English - Native Swedish speaker or spent a major of your life as a Swedish resident - Extensive familiarity with a wide variety of online news sources published in Sweden for the Swedish language market - Avid Internet enthusiasts with excellent web research and analytical capabilities - Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills and have the ability to manage a 20 hours per week self directed work schedule - Enrolled in a university program for at least one year or have equivalent work experience - A high-speed internet connection WHAT WE OFFER A competitive hourly pay rate (approx 22 USD/hour), flexible working schedule while working remotely.
