Our job is to supply the tools and services - the pots, pans, soups and sauces - they need to work better, faster and safer, leading to better patient outcomes.
We are looking for a Bioprocess FP&A Leader to support the Bioprocess CFO with all financial planning and analytic requirements to drive financial performance. The individual, as a member of the Cytiva FP&A team, will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our financial processes and is expected to embrace contemporary digital finance capabilities as well as a COE support structure.


What you’ll do
Report and analyse business performance across a fully stand-alone business including commercial, R&D, product management and supply chain
Own complete budget cycle (operating plan), supporting capital allocation decisions in commercial, R&D, product quality, capex, and working capital
Manage short-range estimate process (monthly forecast updates) providing analytics and context around changes in estimates and broader business implications
Understand, communicate, and explain variance drivers within the business, key dynamics, and align with strategic imperatives. Monitor performance against the business priorities.
Drive standardization and process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of planning and reporting
Lead a team of analysts (including an India-based COE) to deliver sustainable financial reporting and analytics across Cytiva



Who you are
Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent knowledge or experience
Demonstrated financial skills through prior work experience
Solid PC skills: experience with financials systems/applications (Hyperion, Oracle), strong excel skills
Clear thinking / problem solving and ability to add value to operating teams
Strong analytic skills; proved ability to use large sets of data and summarize into key takeaways and actions for the senior leadership team
Business mindset: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
Previous leadership experience desired
