Are you an expert in communication and change management? We´re now looking for a consultant to assist with a project at Ericsson. Initially a 6 month consultancy opportunity starting in February, with the possibility to be extended.

About the role

As we are moving from a more traditional ways of working toward a hybrid work environment, where the workforce to a greater extent will work remotely will require new demands on the workspace. The new ways of working will create new needs or adjustment to be incorporated into our services. By using the technology, enable a seamlessness between the physical and digital workspace.

Currently we have a technology infrastructure with low level of automation and in some areas local processes and applications, and not always easy to access local services & information.
Ericsson have decided to start a program, Smart Office to accelerate the development of scalable Smart Office solutions and services to end user integrated with a data and IoT platform supporting a seamless digital experience between the physical and digital workspace.
The program will evolve on current tools and developed solutions such as Flowscape, IoT platform (Losant), My Workplace App, and Manhattan
To create scalability the program needs to immediately focus on IoT and data platform including automation & integration which is a prerequisite to develop advanced features, services advanced insights for design concepts and space utilization with higher efficiency.
The program is planned to extend over 2 year to accelerate the development of scalable Smart Office solutions and services to end user integrated with a data and IoT platform supporting a seamless digital experience between the physical and digital workspace.

Tasks & Deliverables

• Develop a communication Change management and coms roadmap integrated into overall schedule & program milestones dates including success adaption measures
• Relevant change activities
• Create marketing and communications material (branding content/verbiage)
• Adoption assessments

Required Competence

• Experience of implementing change management and training approaches in collaboration with project team(s)
• Ability to undertake stakeholder analysis and collaborate with multiple stakeholders on management of expectations
• Able to identify and manage change management risks & issues
• Ability to work with the existing change and communications team(s) to develop effective communication products using appropriate communication medium and message senders
• Brings change management expertise and raises awareness of the benefits of managing change effectively
• Experience with managing business change in projects.
• Demonstrable experience with cross functional business improvement initiatives
• Strong advisory and facilitation skills
• Strong influencing & relationship skills. Must be able to influence without the need for direct authority
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
