Our Swedish Corporate Finance consists of several departments, where we together are about 250 employees. The Corporate Finance department in Malmö has more than 25 employees. We work closely and together with our customers, which consists of both listed Large/Mid Cap companies as well as Private Equity houses. We assist them in connection with their acquisitions and divestments of businesses - both nationally and internationally. We have broad expertise and long experience in the field, why we can support our customers throughout the entire transaction chain. We are the largest Corporate Finance department in the region and offer a wide range of services where we help companies and their owners throughout the transaction chain - from analysis, valuation, financial due diligence and M&A advice in connection with company acquisitions and company disposals.

Within our Transaction Services team we work with financial due diligence and other transaction advisory services in connection with, in particular, major corporate acquisitions and divestments and PE portfolio transactions. Working with financial due diligence means, among other things, performing detailed analysis of a company's revenue and cost drivers, balance sheet, and cash flows.

We are looking for applicants who have a Master's degree in business, finance, economics or engineering and who have recently graduated or have up to two years of work experience from a similar profession, i.e. accounting firm, controller, finance consultant. This job requires a high working capacity, good language skills in English and Swedish as well as a very high analytical ability. You need to have knowledge of accounting and be an experienced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace. In addition, you also have a distinct business mind combined with a great commitment and a strong drive. If you have experience in Power BI, Alteryx or similar it is an advantage.
