Mölnlycke Health Care is a world leading manufacturer of single-use surgical and wound care products and services for the professional health care sector.Total annual sales are at present app.MEUR 800 and the group has about 6200 employees.Mölnlycke Health Care started operations as an independent company in 1998 and has been owned by Investor since January 2007.Mölnlycke Health Care is a truly global company with the headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.You can find more information about the company at www.molnlycke.com.Corporate Development Analyst Mölnlycke Health Care is looking to recruit a Corporate Development Analyst.The position is based at the headquarters in Gothenburg and will report to the Director Corporate Business Development.Purpose of position You will support the Senior Vice President and Director Corporate Business Development in the execution and administration of business related activities, e g to review, analyze, support and document corporate merger and acquisition activities.You will also maintain updated competitor information in a structured format on a regular basis.Key Result Areas Search, analyze and compile company and competitor information Analytical review of M&A related information Support Due Diligence teams with tracking and follow up Document the annual corporate strategy & acquisitions process Maintain a corporate status/action file for potential acquisitions opportunities Create and update a contact list/log book per business development project Profile You have a university degree and preferably one or two years of experience in business analysis.Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Business Development are of big interest to you. You are a confident administrator with good communication skills.This will be a key to success, since teamwork and co-operation are vital for success.Yet, a large part of the tasks require that you have a drive of your own. Further, you are an analytical, well organized person with a structured way of working.You are business minded, curious and you have a talent for finding ways to improve your work.
