The role you'll play:
The Director, Sales – INTL will lead the interna1onal Sales team responsible for rapidly growing our client’s financial services business. Repor1ng to the VP, Head of Sales the Director will strategically grow revenue within their teams’ territory at or above company growth targets.
Your main responsibilities:
Mentor and develop a team of direct reports ranging from associate to senior level
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for team
Assisting your team in meeting quarterly sales goals with each of their own pipelines
Leverage your contacts and experience to successfully build and maintain a sales pipeline
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
Manage the sales process from initial lead sourcing to signed contract
Work within the confines of our sales process to meet or exceed quota
Build and maintain a business plan to consistently outperform goals / initiatives
Be a good teammate and work with highest level of integrity
Partner with VP, Head of Sales on strategic initiatives to increase revenue for international growth



We’re looking for someone with:
A B.S. or B.A. from a top institution
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience carrying a quota
A minimum of 2+ years’ leading a team
A track record of results-based outperformance
Experience working with corporate data buyers and selling subscriptions, contracts required
Expertise in prospecting large corporations
Drive: no obstacle is too difficult to overcome, and no one needs to push you to excel
A passion for SaaS products & data driven decision making
Expertise with Salesforce, Excel, prospect databases
Experience using data visualiza1on tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (i.e. Customer Success, Research, Marketing, Product, etc.)
Tenacity and flexibility – will be open-minded to overcoming challenges, be solutions-oriented, is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to roll up sleeves
