Do you want to work as an Executive Assistant/Coordinator in a joyful, cooperative working environment, where we work close together with a dedication to making a difference?

What will you do here?
As an Executive Assistant, you will fill an important role as the gatekeeper of our VP's schedule, managing a very active calendar of appointments and arranging detailed travel plans. You will be booking meetings and coordinating and monitoring actions and decisions. You will handle all sorts of administrative activities, answer routine email and prepare personal and confidential correspondence. Various administrative tasks related to our VP's and his managements day-to-day business. In addition, you will proactively update information materials, presentations, documentation, organization charts, department intranet, department meetings, new employees etc.

In this role you will fill an important social role within the New Business team and will be planning our yearly kick-off as well as other social events during the year.

Who are you?
We believe you are a self-going, positive person with several years' experience from working in a similar role, as a coordinator or an executive assistant, in an environment with high quality standards and a rapidly growing organization. It's beneficial if you have experience of supporting different functions and you need to be familiar with different systems and tools such as, Financial systems, HR Systems, Recruitment systems, and the MS Office package. You are thorough, reliable and with a high level of integrity. You are someone who takes initiatives and ownership and is exceptionally service minded.

To thrive in this position, we believe that you are passionate about service, proactive and independent in thoughts and actions. Fluency in written and spoken Swedish is required and a very high level of English skills. Other languages are a plus.

The New Business Team
New Business is an organization within AXIS with teams in Lund, Sweden and Prague, Czech Republic. We are responsible for evaluating new business ideas and M&A opportunities from a technical and a commercial perspective. We develop a number of innovative product lines outside Axis network video, to offer our customers the best products, solutions and services on the market. The team has market-oriented product and solutions resources, product development resources and a M&A team. The ambition is to leverage on Axis existing expertise and capacity which build on a flexible and open co-operation with other departments.
