About the role
Department Finance – Controlling, Systems and Risk Management is responsible for financial steering and reporting, performance reporting, supporting and developing finance IT solutions as well as risk management and controlling for our Customer Solutions business. The team is also responsible for financial and business controlling for the Country platform supporting both the Customer Solution and Distribution businesses.

As Senior Finance Developer you are a key player in mastering our finance IT systems SAP and Qlik Sense. Your main responsibility is to secure the financial data in our systems and to drive enhancement, efficiency, and development of our finance systems. You work in between IT and Finance, i.e. you capture needs of improvements in our finance systems via interaction with finance colleagues. These needs are analyzed and solved technically by yourself or your colleagues in the team or in case of bigger enhancements with the help from IT colleagues you co-ordinate.  In this role, you will have possibilities to structure the financial IT system landscape, the chance to work with many colleagues around the E.ON group and bring in new technologies in complex projects.
You are a key player in supporting and developing our finance IT solutions vital for an efficient and modern Finance organization. You are an appreciated counterpart to the controlling colleagues in the businesses, making sure that the numbers always are correct and continuously driving improvements of IT tools and processes related to those. The role is in Malmö.

Profile
We believe you to have a university degree within Finance, relevant education in computer science, system science or equivalent. Maybe you have experience working in this area or looking for your first job after your studies? In any case, we believe that you know finance but also have knowledge, or great interest, in how the systems work, building scripts and develop data models.
To really like this role, we believe you have strong analytical skills and an ability to capture, understand, inter-link and evaluate information to drive continuous improvement of our finance IT landscape. It is valuable if you have some competence in one or more programming languages (QlikView/Qlik Sense, SQL, VBA etc.) and experience from working with ERP system SAP, but it's not a requirement.
As a person you are communicative, with ability to present complex matters in an uncomplicated way. You share information, handle different ideas and perspectives, and promote a feedback culture. You are open for new ideas, and you drive change to implement continuous improvements.
