What do we offer
For the development of our Global Online Business, we will strengthen the team with a Lead Management Specialist. This role reports to the Head of Sales Enablement & Loyalty at Global Online Business.

Your mission
You will be an integral part of our Sales Enablement & Loyalty team and take ownership of the development of a state-of-the-art lead management infrastructure for our direct Online Business. You will work in a cross-functional team to develop lead management processes, capabilities, and programs designed to continuously increase lead conversion, utilizing Salesforce as our platform (Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud). The scope of this role is global.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to break down our commercial strategy into how and which digital channels we need to utilize to capture customer interest for the enablement of that strategy. You will be the business owner for digital lead management and drive the conceptualization and implementation of a program for lead capture, qualification, and scoring so that the right leads are prioritized to be worked on and conversion is increased.

In this position, you collaborate with digital product teams to ensure your vision and plan for lead management is held and develop business requirements for our Salesforce platform, integrated systems, and package data deliverables.

You will also develop standard operating procedures for how we measure and track leads. And contribute to the creation and strengthening of communication measures related to lead nurturing and the lead management program under your guidance.

You and your skills
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in developing and executing lead management programs. People who have a competence mix between how digital landscapes work, a commercial mindset, sales understanding, and how to prioritize what is most important for a business are most likely going to be very successful in this role. You are curious by nature and passionate about sales.

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:

* Relevant working experience in customer journey design and definition of buyer personas, paired with a solid knowledge of data protection regulations.
* Familiarity with developing business requirements, translating and packaging requirements to deliverables, and securing the delivery end to end.
* Sound knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its campaign management capabilities is considered as a strong merit.  


You also need exceptional organization skills and an ability to relentlessly prioritize, balance short-term initiatives with long-term goals. As well as outstanding and fluent communication skills in English.

Right now, you might be working as either a Sales manager, Digital product owner, or CRM manager, ideally in an e-commerce business with an outstanding ability to understand where and how consumer interest should be captured.

We are looking for people who are true relationship builders, enjoy collaboration and take accountability, as the ability to work within teams is key for success. We believe that you have a degree in business administration or a related field.
