We are looking for a Line Manager with an agile mindset and experience from the Service Operation area

The purpose of the line organization is to enable employees to be their best to deliver great solutions for our customers. We truly believe every individual has unique abilities and strengths and can do an outstanding job if they have the right conditions. As a Line Manager and passionate servant leader, you will help a group of employees and consultants located in Sweden find those conditions.

This position also has an important functional responsibility. Together with your employees and the other leads in your department you will ensure that our global Service Operation Way of Working is efficient and optimized for both our and our customers’ needs. You will also ensure that this connects well with our WirelessCar Way of Working - an approach that is inspired by Agile and ITIL frameworks as well as international standards.

You and your teams will be strong drivers of continuous improvement in our Service Operation Way of Working. You will be an ambassador for the Ops and Customer Experience mindset at WirelessCar while acting as a role model for security and compliance excellence.

Key responsibilities

Coach, mentor and develop employees, enable career development planning and opportunities.

Communicate and motivate employees to contribute to WirelessCar’s short- and long-term goals and objectives.

Recruit and hire talent to fill team positions.

Ensure the right competence and resource are available when needed.

Encourage a psychologically safe and nurturing culture, support a creative mindset and let your colleagues be themselves, enabling an innovation culture.

Ensure our Service Operation Way of Working is well known within WirelessCar.

Drive continuous improvement of our Service Operation Way of Working.

Who are you

We believe you have a minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams or individuals in software development organizations and have a strong Agile mindset. You have worked in the Service Operation area and have knowledge of the ITIL framework. You have great leadership skills, get things done, do not feel restricted by organizational boundaries and are always prepared to contribute to leading WirelessCar into the future.
