Manager to Transaction Services – Stockholm/Sweden

Financial Advisory is the department within Deloitte that offers our clients advise during a transaction process (merger and acquisitions), including valuation and modelling, financial due diligences, commercial due diligences, SPA advise, restructuring support, corporate finance, post-merger integration support etc. Financial Advisory operates with three main areas, including MA Transaction Services, Corporate Finance and Valuation Services.

Rapid growth in our business has resulted in an outstanding opportunity for proven Managers to join our highly dynamic and talented MA Transaction Services team. We are looking for motivated, dedicated and agile professionals to join the Swedish TS team in Stockholm. 


As a Manager you’ll do

•    Project management/assist in project management of mid to large scale due diligence/transactions including acquisitions, takeovers, mergers, divestments and capital raisings
•    Managing and assist in managing the assignment team, project risk issues and preparation of insightful deliverables with high quality, briefing Directors and Partners accordingly
•    Serving large international and local clients on transactions across the MA lifecycle
•    Deal size and focus ranges from mid size local transactions ups to large scale international tickets
•    Engage in and drive areas of responsibility together with clients and other advisors with integrity and high focus on service, quality and timeliness
•    Contribute to our continuous practice development, knowledge sharing and team building
•    Interact and build relations across service lines and functional expertise within Deloitte

Qualifications

•    4-5+ years of experience with a Transactions Services, Corporate Finance or Audit background
•    M.Sc. or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent 
•    Strong analytical skills, decision making and quickly navigate and interpret financial data 
•    Strong commercial and accounting acumen with proven ability in understanding and analyzing key business drivers
•    Highly developed project management and communications skills, including a track record of delivering outstanding client service under time pressure
•    Demonstrated ability to manage people and plan components of engagements as well as advising senior decision makers
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Swedish
•    Coach and mentor practitioners to their highest potential
