Personal assistant to Management team

Arbetsbeskrivning

To assist manager with daily arrangements and activities
Booking management, calendar management, interaction with other departments and assistants, creating agendas, following up with clients / customer, hotel and flight booking, preparing presentations.

The position can take place at Pelagicore's office in Gothenburg, at other offices or at customer site.

At least 5 years experience from employment in an international company that has
included administrative and coordinating work.
Experience in administrative systems for management.
Good communication and cooperation skills, problem-solving and result oriented skills.
