Senior Account Director / Strategist

The bigger we get, the bigger the demand from large clients with large accounts. To meet that demand, we are now looking for a Senior Account Director or a Strategist with the ability to assist clients at the highest level. We want someone well established in the industry, someone who has worked as a Senior Strategic Planner, Key Account Director or possibly even as a COO in one of Sweden's well-known agencies. We believe you can bring your experience and one or two clients to the table. 

You are someone who can take a stage but is equally happy to stand behind and make the client a hero. You think that the transformation in the communications industry could go faster, and you want to accelerate the pace with the sharpest brains around the clock, year-round and preferably around the world. You are on an upward trajectory in your career, looking for the next move. You are Swedish but feel comfortable in a truly international environment working with international teams. You know the demands of this business but are not afraid of those demands and you work well under pressure. 

You recognize the world of advertising and marketing consultancies is going through the most radical change ever, and needs to change. You have probably been contemplating you need a change in your own career and life, and are looking for more personal freedom and security determined by your own abilities. 

Importantly you like being an entrepreneur and expect more out of life.
