As a Technical Consultant at Power Consulting you’ll be part of a renowned global team of power system and energy consultants, in which you will have the opportunities to contribute to the development of consultancy products and services to the main electricity sector agents (such as: distribution and transmission companies and network owners, retailers, generators, industrial consumers, etc.).

Your responsibilities
In this exciting new consultant role, you will get the opportunity to take part in and deliver major, often challenging assignments, together with our consultants and experts from local as well as international Power Consulting offices.
In addition, you will lead your own projects including delivery and customer relationship development. The projects are typically within the area of power system analysis including power system modelling and simulation, protection coordination, power quality analysis, etc.

Your background
As a successful candidate:
You have a PhD or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical power systems or similar.
You have a minimum of two-three years’ experience in the consulting and energy branch.
You have strong knowledge in power systems analysis, as well as experience in software simulation tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD and/or DIgSILENT Power Factory.
Programming skill in Python, C++, etc is a merit.
You have an analytical mindset and you are independent, self-going, and take your own initiatives to solve problems.
You have a proven experience in creating opportunities in the markets (orders capture).
You have excellent influencing, collaborating and communication skills. It is necessary to be fluent in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken alike.
