Profile The ideal candidate has qualifications and competencies which primarily include: Completion of a M.Sc.degree in Naval Architecture (preferable), Mechanical Engineer or Civil Engineer.15 to 20 years experience of structural analysis of ships and floating offshore structures.Knowledge about ship and offshore rules concerning the DNV and ABS classification societies.Knowledge of the DNV software suite SESAM.Expertise in the area of fatigue analysis.Communicates fluently in both English and Swedish.Initiate actions to progress work and takes appropriate action to meet challenging goals, schedules or business needs.Takes personal responsibility for own career path by actively seeking development opportunities.Question the effectiveness of current systems and processes and looks for ways to improve on them.Mentors others in self development by sharing experiences of both previous successes and failures.Join us and you' ll be part of a dynamic team of professionals who understand what it takes to get a job done and has the experience, knowledge and determination to succeed!
